1: Design Consult

Design Consult $65

The ‘Design Consult’ button below is all about getting your jewellery journey started, it’s relaxed, fun and all about you and your jewellery needs. The consult can be conducted face to face if you’re a local or via email. I will ask you some questions about the type of jewellery piece you are after, what your budget is and when you need this piece by. Then we get to the design part, now if you have a picture of what you’d like or maybe a whole Pinterest board of inspiration, great! We’ll look at it together. If not, that’s fine please don’t worry if you don’t know all the nitty gritty details, I'll help fill in any blanks and offer helpful suggestions so that you can make an educated decision.

Once I have established what you are after I will move straight to design, my favourite method at this stage is pencil sketching. From our conversations, I’ll collate all your needs, wants and desires, converting them into beautiful sketches. I'll email you the pencil sketches of what your new jewellery piece could look like for your consideration.  We can tweak your favourite sketches if needed too. Usually by the end there will be one or two favourite designs from your sketch selection.

For some this is step one completed. You now know what you can do, and what you want. You may want to take these designs to your local jeweller to get your new piece made closer to home. For others step 1 is just the beginning, from the end of step one we can quote your favourite styles. At House of Frost Jewellery, we give you two quotes, the first quote is to see your one favourite style converted from a pencil sketch to a 3D computer image the second quote is the price to have item go from pencil sketch to 3D model through to complete piece. We quote this way so that your journey is completely pressure free.

2: 3D Computer Images

3D Computer Images

This is where the latest computer aided jewellery design technology comes in. We take your favourite pencil sketch design from Step 1 and I lovingly turn the sketch into a visualisation of your new jewellery piece. I take it from a concept, give it dimension and email these 3D computer images straight to you. At this point we can tweak the design, to get it perfect for you. This could be the end of your jewellery design journey, with House of Frost Jewellery, as you may want to get your item made closer to home. That is fine, House of Frost is happy to be involved as much or as little as you need.  

3: Your New Custom Designed Jewellery Masterpiece

This step is a very easy one for you. You just need to kick back and relax. I on the other hand will be working very hard to convert your 3D pictures into your new beautiful piece. Once it is complete, I will ship it to you. Your unique House of Frost design to cherish forever. As a special thank you to you, I will even take off the final price of your new item the Design Consult Fee of $65. Meaning you get all the preliminary design work for free!
